Owner, Paul Skilbeck, learnt the building trade working for his Dad Ken, who learnt how to be master builder working for his Dad, Frank, who learnt his trade from his Dad Walter who originally started the business in the 1940s. In 1974 their names were combined to re-launch the successful local business it is today, Franken Properties!
